Children Eating Habits
A balanced diet should in a child be, as in the case of adults, obey the basic rules of healthy eating.
In the case of very young children, obviously the most important thing is that breastfeeding is prolonged up to 6 months at least.
A child should eat vegetable soup for lunch and dinner without fail, eat fish or seafood at least once a day and occasionally fatty fish (2 times per week), 3 pieces of fruit, about half a liter of milk or substitutes and about five meals a day with intervals of 3 hours and a half.

- Oil, butter: 20 g.

- Animal proteins: 1 dose - each dose corresponds to about 50g of meat without fat, mostly birds, or fish or even an egg.
- From the age of three children experience a slow but continued growth.
